Review content:
Went in for routine alignment check at Sullivan Tire, Dover NH. Was told ""steering coupler is binding"" and they would need to do $400 in repairs before they could even perform the alignment. So I left and went to 2 other reputable repair shops -- had them thoroughly check steering -- both said all components are functioning perfectly and within spec and they had no problem checking and adjusting the alignment.
I don't normally write these kinds of reviews but thought people should know about this scam.
