Review content:
I have been going to Salon One for a bit over a year, since right after it opened its doors. (I followed my colorist/stylist from a previous salon). This is the only place that can do my hair the way I like it; so the color looks pretty and natural and lasts more than the 24 hours after my appointment. I actually travel from Concord to go here, which is often a pain, given traffic, construction, etc. I have tried TONS of other salons in Concord, Arlington, other towns closer to me and none can compare to Salon One. The place is clean; the personnel are all friendly, there is a variety of beverages and good magazines, it's well lighted, well ventilated, and I look forward to my appointments (even if I have to drive like a moron to get there on time). Free parking lot, which helps. My stylist Dianna is very knowledgeable about new color and hair care techniques, and she's not afraid to suggest something new while explaining the benefits/reasons why it would work for me. She also listens to me and works within the constraints of my lifestyle (e.g., I need a style that looks good on the go, as I work part time and have 2 small children, andI can't spend an hour each morning fiddling with my hair to keep it looking like it did when I walked out the studio.) I am hooked, can't imagine going anywhere else.
