I find the last review, offensive and does not say anything regarding the level of service, nor the professional well trained staff in the Dover Hair Excitement. The atmosphere is friendly, and they are always talking about the last class they attended. I was able to meet the skin care specialist, which I did not know they had!! One stop shopping!! Always great product selection, stock and promotions! Anything I would change would be consistency from the staff with customer service and offering me changes to my hairstyle. I heard that they were ""taken-over"" by a huge corporation and is no longer owned by one guy.
Pros: educated staff, great product selections
Cons: messy, cluttered
