This company isn't even worthy of one star on the rating list. I have been renting a home from them for almost a year now and have never, in my five years of renting, dealt with the problems I have faced with this company. From the beginning, I have had nothing but headaches from all the problems that occurred and continued to occur throughout the year within the house. In the beginning it was filthy: fireplace filled with trash and insects, backyard covered with poisonivy and trash that they attempted to cover up with pine needles (don't worry, my dog dug everything up within a day or two), drawers that weren?t cleaned and filled with trash, broken dishwasher, dryer, disposal, door bell, leaking spots on the ceiling, mailbox (who even the mailman left a letter about), etc....The biggest disaster of them all..The AC broke about 7 plus times throughout the hot summer months! They kept coming out and couldn't find a solution for what was going on with the AC. Instead of purchasing a new unit, they would fix it temporarily, say it was fixed, and then it would break again. My roommate and I would constantly have to set time aside to make sure we were at the house for the repairmen to come and not fix it. On several occasions I had to house my pets other places because it was too hot in the house for them.The company was beyond unprofessional and unhelpful when it came to helping us with these issues.They simply placed all the blame on us, when in fact; we have made the house look 100 times better (with our own time and money). They are unwilling, cheap and have done nothing but inconvenience me.Until recently, I couldn't even find out who was the main person in charge of the company, no one would give me a straight answer. I am beyond disappointed, and am going to go out of my way to make sure no one has to ever deal with the issues we have when renting a house from Oak Crest Holdings Corp.Steer way clear of this company and any house they try to rent to you!!!
