Shane Marrion was referred to us by our neighbors and we used him to sell our condo in Cambridge. He sold himself to us very persuasively and we selected him over other agents in the area. Although he asked for a higher commission than others, he proved himself a truly excellent seller. Our condo sold after the first open house. He guided us through its staging (particularly in terms of work that needed to be done, bringing in painters and plumbers etc super-fast). He was an excellent negotiator, conveying to the buyers to value of our property once again persuasively and honestly. To sell a property, you need someone who can sell, tell you what to do and negotiate really really well. Shane is truly skilled in all this.
