This is the first time that I ordered anything over the internet and from overseas. Actually this is the first time I had the money, to fulfil my daughters' wish for her birthday, and now I do not know what is going on with this company. I placed an order on their website, but have heard nothing from them, only received an order number. I have phoned and e-mailed, but no one is responding to my query, ""What is happening to my order?"" This is all I want to know and after almost 2 weeks, NOTHING! I am just scared that this company does not exist any more, and now I made a payment to them and have lost my money. I do not know what to do.
