Review content:
Most incompetent insurance agency I?ve ever dealt with and now let me tell you why. I had homeowners insurance with this company for almost 8 years and have never put in a claim for anything. When I started my concrete business this year I needed to be insured and boned in order to get a Columbus contractors license. Joe Duke himself and his agent Georgia are some of the most incompetent fools I?ve ever seen at the insurance game and I think they treat it as one. When I asked for them to insure my business, I faxed them the whole instruction packet for the City of Columbus application and requirements for the liability and bond papers and how they need to be filled out. For a month and a half my application has been kicked back to me three times by the City due to improperly filled out paperwork, which came directly from the Duke agency. They forgot to use the required seal on the bond paper, wouldn?t sign it in the correct places and totally left out policy numbers and the correct spelling of my company name on the liability papers. I have taken so much time off to travel to Marysville to keep getting handed bogus papers and the attitudes of both Joe and Georgia leave too much to be desired. They claim to bend over backwards for you but in reality have cost me 12 to 18 thousand dollars in missed revenue due to their incompetence and I still don?t have my city license. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated right and have your insurance done correctly.
