Review content:
We attended a 50th surprise party at this restaurant Saturday night that had been planned and confirmed for months. We arrived at 7:30 pm with the birthday guest. All other guests were there earlier. We walked out at 10:15pm - never having received our entrees or a proper explanation. As for appetizers - ordered at 8pm which was the same time we ordered entrees - received at 9pm old, greasy calamari - as they were out of everything. Including bread! Waiters and servers ignored us. Told us for 3 hours ""food is on the way"". They gave us no utensils or dishes! At 10:00pm they told us, ""The owner is here now."" Well that did no good - no explanation, no apolgies. We never saw the owner and we walked out at 10:30pm and will never go back. As bad as the wait staff was, the owner should be ashamed of herself.
Pros: Absolutely Nothing
Cons: Horrible, horrible service
