Review content:
I just want everyone to know that customer service is not dead! from the moment I walked in the door, everyone was really nice, which is fine, but only the beginning. I picked out a couple of different pairs of glasses, both SUPER cute(Buy one get one free!!!!!!!) Then I got my glasses, but the prescription didn't feel right. I had brought in my prescription from my regular doctor down the street, so I thought I would have to go back to get it checked, which isn't easy, because it takes about a week to get in. The girl who waited on me said she would let me see their doctor, to check my prescription. He changed it and the glasses were much better! they all seemed really set on customer service first, even if it meant going to some extra trouble. I had a problem with a pair from Lenscrafters a couple years ago and they basically told me to take a flying leap. I will be sticking with All About Eyes from now on.
Pros: Buy One get One Free, tons to choose from, good people
Cons: small, busy parking lot
