Review content:
After carefully chooseing what I thought was the best place for my child.I was left feeling very disappointed!!! I left instructions,plus told them verbally.My son is only 3 and sometimes needs help wiping.They told me no problem.Then when I call to check on him.Another teacher ,tells me we don't do that.He either does it right or he doesn't. So what you leave him dirty????Then she tells me, he's nonresponsive.What the Hell does that mean???? He's not talking to them and because he has a spanish last name,they decide to talk to him in spanish.Which he's never heard.Now he's really not going to talk to you.The worst part is, when I picked him up.His lips were badly chapped,he was listless and dehydrated!!!That was after a few hours.What happens if I left him there all day? He drank all night!!!! Disney,you did not make my dreams come true.Now I have nightmares from this experience.I do not recommend this facility to anyone ever!!!
