I moved in here in July of last year, non-stop air problems. I found out from the neighbors the problem started two units ago. I call 5 air conditioning guys most of whom I caught in various lies. I was just praying for someone to trust. Well.. these people are the ones! Not only did he recommend something that made sense he explained everything to me like I was an adult and not a stupid woman. Repaired what was broken not what padded their pockets. During the storm my transformer then blew and when I called him he was there the next day at the break of dawn. Yup they know what their doing, don't talk down to you and return calls immediately... I give them an 12 out of a possible 10... no I am not a friend or relative.. just a very impressed consumer!
