Upfront their customer service was good. They called ahead of time to tell us when they would arrive. They arrived on time. In our case, the work order was wrong, but he acted as though it would not be a problem to fix. See, we already had boxes, we just wanted to him to hook them up. He started wiring and we thought everything was fine. Well, he ended up completing his original work order, which called for setting up 1 new tv box. We explicately asked for him to hook up our existing boxes. When we asked him to take the new box back, he refused and proceeded to quickly walk to his car. We asked for his business card and he jumped into his car. He refused to respond to us. All we asked was for him to take back the box and for him to wait a few minutes until we got off of the phone with the tv company. So, while their customer service was great upfront, it crumbled at the end. Pros: punctual Cons: poor customer service
