Review content:
This is the WORST management company out there. They WILL NOT return your deposit when you move out. We ended up paying them over $1450 in deposits and didn't get a penny. In fact we were charged $750 because they claimed they had to repaint the entire unit. After speaking with the manager she told me that is was their policy to repaint after 5 years of occupancy and we lived there 2 years. Does that make sense to you? Don't rent from these Crooks...you won't get a penny back.
