Very Rude. Kept over 2/3 of my deposit when I left the place spotless. Never sent me paperwork prior to move out. Office lady Lynn told me to be quite on the phone, WOW. Very unprofessional and rude. I have dealt with 10 different property management companies since moving to Portland. Always received a full deposit back, except from these idiots. If you own property please DO NOT use these people for the sake of your hard working, respectful tenants.
