This was originally a five star review after the first two months we were going to this office but now that we've been coming here for a year I definitely do not feel the same way. The office staff is so rude that next month's well visit will probably be our last at this office. The only reason we have stayed this long is because the Dr. and nurses are amazing but the staff has become way too much to handle. It seems like they are always having problems with their system and can never find any trace of our daughter. And even though our insurance changed almost a year ago at every single visit they tell me that the insurance they have on file has been canceled and every single time I have to update them. One time they even announced it out to the waiting room and asked how I was planning on paying for the visit with the entire waiting room listening in. I had read other reviews and couldn't understand why anyone would stop seeing a Dr. over his office staff but I get it now. What a shame.
Pros: Wonderful with kids, Great Dr, and nurses
Cons: Horrible staff
