I tried for a week to call and get an appointment at the Sugar Land location. 3 times I was put on hold. After 10 or more minutes, I hung up. I called 2 more times and was able to get an answering machine. Left my name, numbers and issues and NO ONE called me back. Called them again this am at 8:30. After 15 minutes on hold I got a rude receptionist. I finally said ""nevermind"". The docs may be good I won't ever know because getting an appt. is just too hard!!!!!
