No one likes to be involved in a vehicle collision. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the two occasions I have had to unfortunately patronize Service King Collision Repair Center. Each experience has been one of experience, professionalism and care to include a job well done.
In the process of equivocating how these two separate incidents could happen to me twice, visiting the employees of your establishment put my thoughts back into perspective and put my vehicle back together again. James Bishop and Connie Phillips exemplifies professionalism, each kept me informed by emails and phone calls. Excellence is a choice people make and begins with caring. In the future, I am comfortable recommending Service King Collision Repair Center as the only auto body repair shop. You have captivated my patronage with consummate leadership and best business practices.
It is the intention of this letter to show that the Warren Family appreciates Service King Collision Repair Center (Reeder Location) as our auto body needs.
