My fiance' got my engagement ring here. The ring is beautiful, but the customer service is severely lacking. It took 2 months longer than told to get the ring, the price kept going up from the quoted price, my finace' had to keep calling to get updates and push to get it done, and it took 3 months to get the appraisal for insurance (even though they kept saying it would be ready ""by the end of the week.""). Trying to build customer loyalty, we went in to get quotes for wedding bands. Considering JF Sholl worked with my fiance' for 4 months to make my ring and that we were in just 2 months earlier to size my ring, we were surprised that they didn't recognize us or the ring he made for us. Anyway, we discussed our bands, but never heard back. Needless to say, we went to one of the bigger jewelry stores that JF Sholl talks negatively about. We had great customer service and ordered our wedding bands through them. Pros: beautiful jewelry Cons: Customer Service
