If I could give this place negative stars I would. The place is a dump. Common areas are never cleaned. Managers are rude and disrespectful not only to tenants, but to guests and family members as well. Power bills are always over, even if you turn of your AC and are gone for half the month! Managers will not release the owners information so you can contact them. The office hours are never constant. If they can't get money from one person they take it from somewhere else and make some ridiculous excuse for the charge. DO NOT LIVE HERE! You will regret it!!!!! When something breaks or goes wrong do not expect it to get fixed. In the span on 6 months my air conditioning has quit working over 5 times, each time they finally show up to fix it they do the same repair. The dishwasher is useless we don't even run it anymore. The day I moved in I asked for the blinds and screen to be replaced in my bedroom, it has been a year and half still hasn't been done. Last week there was an issue with the water pipes so without telling anyone they shut off the water to the entire complex. When I asked how soon it would be fixed they couldn't tell me. When I asked why I wasn't notified about my water being turned off she replied ""We put a status up on Facebook."" That was it, the only way they informed their tenants. They run their business through Facebook, they send legal documents and bills through Facebook messages. The managers are patronizing and the only way to get them to take you seriously is to threaten to take them to court. The owners of the property are never around and when you ask for their information the answer is always were not allowed to give it out. Therefore they cannot be held accountable for their shitty, disrespectful and shady business and service. Do yourself a favor stay away, even the dorms are better, at least there you can count on things getting fixed and not being talked down to every time you file a work order. After 2 years I cannot wait to move out, I am sick and tired of dealing with the office ladies and I don;t want College Station to see anymore of my money.
