I had an appointment with another carpet cleaning company. I had done a Daily Deal with the paper and called to make an appointment. The lady answered the phone with ""Yeah"". Not real professional. I made the appointment. My husband went to our house to let the man in. He never showed. I called that company and they tried to call me at a wrong number. They also said their man got to my house early and stayed 25 minutes. I said he never showed up because my husband was there. The manager said I was lying and then whined about how the paper had run their ad for 5 days instead of 1. I was furious. Then Professional Carpet Systems did a Daily Deal. I bought it at 5:15AM. I called at 9:45AM and got straight through to a very nice young lady. I explained I had moved and was trying to rent or sell my house so it was important to get an appointment as soon as possible. She scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3:00PM. No waiting for 2 weeks was wonderful. The young man, Josh, who cleaned my carpets called me at 12:30PM the day of the appointment to let me know he had extra time and could come early if I wanted. I couldn't be there that early so he kept the 3:00 appointment. He arrived promptly with a smile on his face. He said that he could have my house done in an hour. 1 hour 15 minutes later he was done. I teased him and he said it took those extra minutes because he is OCD about stains and spent extra time on a couple of areas. He cleaned up, wrote me a receipt with a smiley and thanked me for being a customer. My carpets look great! This was the most wonderful customer service experience I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
