Review content:
I'm very happy with the final product. After spending $32,000 on 3 different very large commercial glass roll-up doors, I would not use Dutchess Overhead Door again. There were constant problems, measuring errors. Wrong sizes ordered. The management failed to address or return phone calls for over 3 weeks and the onus of responsibility was on me to constantly reach out and communicate. Only after they wanted final payment did management finally condescend to call. This company lacks integrity in the way that they treated me as a customer. Dutchess employees were polite, but acknowledged that they couldn't solve the problems and that there was a lack of leadership from the top of the organization. Many overhead door companies are selling same or similar products -- therefore differentiation only comes in price and service. I would have paid more had i known how many problems were going to happen. Problems are normal, what is not normal is an unwillingness to address or take responsibility and face the situation head on.
