I don't understand how you give this management company any good rating, please step foot into the Buckingham apartment, 144-67 or 144-87 41st Avenue in Flushing. After moving into the apartment i noticed alot of roaches, live, dead, all sizes both in my apartment and in the common areas of this complex. To top that off, it is bed bug infested. Their standard of living in that building is way below par. If I worked at Samson Management I'd be ashamed to have that building under my umbrella. It needs alot of maintence. Please step it up and take better care of this building!
