I don?t ordinarily comment on these things but I just happened to be on here and thought I would look at what everyone had to say about Samson because I live in a Samson property. I live on the upper west side and have really enjoyed my apartment. My apt is spacious and has so much natural light. The office personal seems professional. In fact, when I called to complain because someone kept leaving their garbage lying around the compactor they were on the problem right away. I was very grateful. I can?t believe what slobs some people can be. Since then we have had no other problems. I love my apartment and I plan to stay put.
