First of all I have only been with the company for a month. My mother is with them and it's not by choice. She warned me that they were aawful. They are very rude when you go in the building to talk to them. I went in to pay one day and I had to use the restroom so bad. They were going to close in about 15 minutes, so I asked the teller could I use their restroom. She said we don't have a restroom for non-employees. I said well I have to go really bad but I need to pay this bill before you close. She said, well it looks like you have a decision to make. I wanted to reach through the glass and choke her.
Pros: At least I have water.
Cons: No online ammenuties, horrible cutomer service
