I can't be more frustrated and disappointed with the service and work I have received from Western Collision Center. My car is over a week late and there has been zero communication from their end even though I have been calling and stopping by the shop to check on the progress. Even worse they misled me to believe the car would be completed within a timely manner and than made up some BS excuses when I confronted them about their work or lack their of. I would not bring your car here if you want to get it fixed right and in a timely fashion
