I have gone to Dr. Tsai for 15 years or more after his business partner was ill one day. I used to get sores in my mouth as I have large lips. Dr. Tsai, makes my experience (going to the dentist) as easy and pain free as possible. His staff including Candy and his wife are wonderful and he remodeled his office to look somewhat like a W hotel (minimalist). He is more expensive than some but I trust him with my teeth, plus he will refer out rather than perform a procedure that he is not trained to perform. He is a pleasant man that I would bring my kids to (if I had kids). He saved my teeth and while the bill was US$15,000 it was worth it.
Pros: Listens to patients; makes going to the dentist delightful
Cons: When you are paying $1000, validated parking is unavailable
