Review content:
In my opinion, as a health care professional, Tracey Woods, LPN, has acted in a less than professional manner to a patient. By stating "" You couldn't have waited until after 3 o'clock to drop him off"" ( the probable end of her shift). This nurse also has neglected to meet the patients needs by not properly communicating with the patient's previous health care provider. She also relayed some inappropriate comments the general public would be offended by. Find another facility. At least as long as Tracey Woods is employed there.
Pros: Medicare and Medicaid accepted
Cons: Busy - Staff not friendly - Less than clean - Is the staff looking out for the patient?
