Self described ""Supervisor"" of agency Realty Matters, Alfedo Alamada, was contacted about a property that was left open and unsecure. He was informed of an unidentified man yelling into the back door of the neighboring apartment asking questions. The phone call placed to Mr Alamada about the property being left unattended was dismissed. The safety concern of a shared backdoor being left unsecure was also dismissed. The front door to the property was also left wide open with a key in the door for well over an hour and a half.(the property still had paintings and valuables ) The police were called and informed of the unsecure property, Only after the cops called Mr Alfredo Almada personally did he show up to secure the property. Realty Matters would be the Last place I would recommend to sell especially if you value your property or its contents.
