Review content:
I had a water heater that poped off the drain plug and my house began to flood. I picked up my local directory and called the full page add which happened to be The Cleaner Image. What a mistake! I wanted them to extract water and the person that arrived began to do so without stopping the water gushing into my house. I should have known better at that point. He suggested I and my three dogs leave the house while the dryers were running. I did that and found out the next day they had ripped up all the carpet and baseboards in my house need it or not. They had removed all the contents from my house and stored it without my permission. I spent 52 days in a hotel trying to get this mess resolved and had to hire an attorney to get my belongings back, so I could move back into my house that had been ready for 3 weeks. I could not pay them, as my mortgage company had not released the check yet. Once I did get back in my house and unpacked, I found they had stolen over $4,000.00 worth of personal belongings.
Summary...this company grossly over charges and is deceptive!!!
