Review content:
You get what you pay for here,the problem is you don't know what you pay for! A price was agreed upon,within an hour of leaving the premises the owner was calling to say the price has changed it's going to be $1,000.00 more because of a weight issue.Nothing was in the contract.The owner acted like extra charges should not be in the contract and we were nuts for asking! There was a small sign in front of the location that mentions extra charges re weight.
The owner was very rude and unprofessional.She made promises that were not kept,in this situation you don't have much of a choice.Never will I use this company again,because unfortunately we will need to use this service in the future and I would never recommend them to ANYONE.
We were told to come in at a certain time,we were there and then was told they weren't ready for us,we spoke to them within fifteen minutes of the time,they do not communicate well.Very dissapointed in this company.
Pros: Cheap (not in a good way)
Cons: Unprofessional,uncommuncative,rude
