Conroy Commercial is a boutique real estate firm that came highly recommended to me when I was in search of a retail location for my small business. Being a small business owner I often times deal with people that don't take me seriously but I was very impressed with how they treated me and how patient they were. I was so nervous as this was my first time buying a space and my broker walked me through the process from beginning to end and made it seem like a piece of cake. The best thing about this brokerage house is they handle the issues for you and they are problem solvers. I had an issue with my loan and instead burdening me with it he just asked me a few questions and handled it for me. Its pays to go with a boutique firm.
Pros: extensive knowledge of the city, once I told them my criteria they showed me property after property until I found the one for me.
