Went to the Margie Beegle Nederland, Tx sale this weekend and OMG... what fun! I've never seen so much great ""stuff"" in one place... I could have stocked ten antique stores from that one sale... lol. Fou nd some great pieces for my online business and a few little doo-dahs for my living room :) Weather was horrible the entire two days I attended, but thankfully most everything was inside a huge warehouse... every room in this entire gigantic warehouse was full to the brim with antique and vintage dishes, dolls, vintage clothing, toys, kitchenware, Roseville, Hull, USA, vintage wedding, books, Chinese, Western wear... you name it, they had it... it was like going to a huge antique mall... except everything had been amassed by ONE collector... and the doors to the business had been locked tight 12 or 13 years ago so this sale was the first peek of daylight they'd seen in many years. Can't wait for the next sale... although this one really was a 'once in a lifetime' event! The final day everything was priced half of half... pretty much given away! :)
