Review content:
After spending LITERALLY 2 DAYS in line at the court to just file for custody, I decided to go to an attorney. I found a few names from the court and both attorneys were trying to charge me $1,500.00 just to START. I didnt have that kind of money. Im working two jobs just to get by.
I called Northern California Law and explained my situation. They said they could do document preparation for me for $300.00 - DEAL. I made my appointment. When I went last week they had a cancellation and did my docs right then and there for me while my kids played in the playroom. And on top of it they told me they would file the docs for me so I didnt have to go back to court. HALLEJUAH. I am thrilled that I dont have to speak to another court filer for a few weeks.
Hopefully this will be the ticket to custody and not have to file any more paperwork, but if it isnt i'm definitely going back to Shawn. Special Thanks to Henry for being so awesome on the phone when I had 20 billion questions.
