Review content:
Being a member of the ""older"" generation. first time knee surgery and first time physical therapy; I was rather apprehensive in chosing where to go. I knew after my first appointment I had chosen well. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and caring. They are very considerate when dealing with my particular level of discomfort or pain. My therapy was individualized for me and proceeded at my comfort level. Viki is very knowledgeable, perceptive and professional; she adjusted each therapy session to deal with each level of my recovery process. Toni made the insurance process one less burden for me to deal with. So, if you have to go to physical therapy and you want to have the personal, caring approach instead of just being a number, this is the place to go!
