We bought a bed from them about 4 1/2 years ago, it wasn't all that high quality because well, we were broke and it was cheap... went back a week ago, the very nice employee remembered us, and even took the time to look up and see if our old bed had a warranty, which it did. He helped us pick the bed we wanted and we ordered it. (we didn't know it had a warranty so he saved us $200 [it was a pro-rated warranty]) They said 2 weeks for delivery, I will write another review after we get it delivered, but I must say, we have never had any problems and we know a few others who have used them without issues) Personally I Wouldn't buy a hot tub from them but a mattress and bed...why not... the bed we are getting now has a 10 year full replacement warranty set in place by the company that makes it. I look forward to dealing with them again honestly. we will see if that stays the same...
