This place has the rudest management I ever dealt with. They will bend the rules for themselves regularly and eff you over whenever possible.
!!!Warning: look closely at the lease before signing. You are signing your rights away. They don't allow sublets and if you ever have to go to court, you are agreeing to pay their lawyer fees when you sign that lease!!!!
Not worth the rent.
Pros: lower rent than downtown
Cons: rude management, bad locations, crappy maintenance
