Review content:
I live right behind this gym and the noise level is very loud. Every time we have called the general manager has raised her voiced, yelled and/or hung up on us. She actually told me that this is just the way it is and there was nothing I can do about it. I am a member of this gym and know for a fact that they leave the windows open in the spin class. The one time we filed a noise complaint they started shutting the windows for 3 days and the noise was fine. I like the classes at the gym, but just the fact that the manager is so inconsiderate and rude makes may question my membership.
Pros: Good instructors
Cons: Noise, care of the manager and manners
