I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Heidi Spellman and the team at Heidi Spellman Realty. My father and I were in the process of settling my grandfather's estate and needed a realtor to sell the house in Port Washington. Because I live in Georgia and my father lives in Florida, we needed a realtor who thoroughly knew the market and could sell the house without us being right there. Heidi Spellman Realty was the first name that came up when I did a Google search and I am glad it was.
From the initial phone call, Heidi made things easy and understandable. She was there with us and available at every step of the process. She offered us assistance for anything we needed when we came to Port Washington, even on Sundays, when most realtors are off. Finally, it was through her connections that we were able to sell off some of the estate items and, most importantly, were ale to sell the property in only two weeks at more than asking price.
There is no doubt in my mind that if I ever needed a realtor in the Port Washington area again, I would make only one phone call: Heidi Spellman Realty.
