As a development company, we own and operate a multitude of properties throughout Long Island and Manhattan. We were first introduced to Heidi Spellman over 10 years ago. We were so strongly affected by her vast knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, remarkable resources, her accreditations and sphere of influence that collectively we decided to engage her services for marketing our NYC flag hotel. Since that transaction, Ms. Spellman has sold us properties as investments and/or for development, and has successfully worked with us to secure tenants for the same. Because of Ms. Spellman's keen sense for marketing, professionalism and negotiating skills I recommend her services with great confidence.
