Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Room addition leaked from the get go. Ambiance additions/four seasons had to replace furniture in the first rain fall - now almost 30 months after the initial installation I have several leaks, water marks all over my walls, toxic mould and severe cracking in the dry wall. Willy at Ambiance additions is a bully and extremely defensive about the sub standard work they charge top dollar for. Am getting ready to file law suit as no other reputable company will come out to seal up the roof, all of my estimates to get this room to a useable standard are to tear the room down and re-build. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS PRODUCT OR AWFUL COMPANY!
Pros: design process was simple
Cons: took over a year to complete, roof has never been sealed, water marks toxic mould cracking walls - just awful, every home owners nightmare for a cool $25,000!
