What happened to this company? I have been using AA Taxi for many years, but this year the service and dependability is horrible.
In March, they never picked me up at my home and offered no apology when I emailed the company with my online reservation confirmation. In May (yeah, I should have learned my lesson), I confirmed my reservation via phone but was still picked up 15 minutes late. When I called to ask where the driver was the phone rang and rang. When they did answer my call I talked to a man who could not have cared less about my situation (not being picked up and asking where the cab was). When the driver did arrive - he told me he got lost. I was floored.
If you like dependability - I'd look somewhere else.
