I got three bids and Western Maintenance Co. was the cheapest. I live in an older home that has all the old wood windows that take forever to paint. I was really impressed by the quality of painting done to the trim & prep. The workers that came to my home were friendly and very neat. The job took five days and after a long day of painting the workers cleaned up their mess every day. They also were pet friendly. I would definitely recommend Western Maintenance Co to anyone looking for a painter.
