I went in, my first time, to get a basic hair cut, I told the women about the type of hair that I have and what I wanted from the cut. I got my hair cut and paid with a tip, but when I got home I soon realized I didn't like my hair. The next day as I am looking in the mirror it is made all to clear to me why I know hate my hair. She cut so much off that on the top of my head I now look like I am balding. I did get my money back from the manager the next day, after she so rudely said to my face, your hair looks nice. To me that was so rude and kind of smart mouth of her. This is no way to treat a customer even if you know they are never coming back. Don't talk to people like they are stupid!!!
