Now that our beautiful kitchen is complete, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how grateful I am for all you did to make our dream become reality. From the moment we met, you were attentive to every thought we had and remained focused on ""our dream"" throughout the entire project. Your design masterfully integrated functionality while still being aesthetically pleasing which certainly enhances the joy our new kitchen brings to our family. During every phase of our project, you were always willing to answer questions, sometimes over and over again. In fact, even when I called you frantic because I got confused, you would simply calm me down, find the answers and assure me everything would be alright. From the pre-planning phase through the completion of our kitchen you remained attentive to our project and our needs, even going above and beyond the scope of your job. I was very impressed that you always followed up on anything you told me with actions and by doing so you earned not only my trust but also my respect. In today's rushed society, it is rare to find someone as dedicated to customer satisfaction as you are and I consider our family very blessed to have had the chance to work with you.
