Our favorite restaurant!!! The service alone is worth the highest rating we could give it. The wait staff are friendly and attentive and make dining a pleasure. The food is excellent with a wonderful selection. My personal favorite is the filet which is served two different ways - both superb. The cut of meat is so good that you can cut it with a fork and it melts in your mouth. Should you save room for desert, you can't do better than Carlos' bread pudding . Finally, the dinner will be made more memorable by a visit to your table from Carlos the proprietor. Carlos makes you feel very welcome and comfortable, as if you are his only guests. For my wife and I, Carlos' easily ranks with the other fine dining establishments in town.
