I have been a patient of Dr. Gilberts for more than 8 years. I believe that Dr. Gilberts saved my life! I came into Dr. Gilbert?s office crying and hurting like I never hurt before. I honestly felt I was going to die, I hurt so bad. Dr. Gilberts was relentless when it came diagnosing me, and wasn?t afraid to take the necessary tests. With Dr. Gilberts on your side, you know that you are not alone. He has kept every promise of call backs, has conferred with other doctors when necessary. He is an expert in and often lectures on ?How to Deal with Chronic Illnesses.? He explains the options, pro?s and con?s of any medication and test. He looks me in the eye when he talks to me, he listens intently, and makes me feel comfortable enough with him to tell him even the most embarrassing issues. He has phoned me at home just to see how I am doing when I have had a particularly bad time of things or tests came back undesirable. He has helped me medically and emotionally, through some very scary and difficult medical situations; severe active Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I don?t know what I would do without Dr. Gilberts.
