As an investor, and resident of San Diego, I feel that the Lapham Company has done a phenomenal job at managing my units in the Bay area. The have really catered to my specific needs and have managed to keep in communication with me despite the fact that I live out of town. It was a major decision I had to make hiring them over 5 years ago, but not a day has gone bye that I regret making that decision.
