I was moving to the Bay Area from Phoenix and so I was looking for a place online while still in Phoenix. I found a unit that looked pretty nice and was within my price range. It turned out to be managed by The Lapham Co. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule and set up a showing that worked for me. They were very kind in every conversation I had with them over the phone and never seemed annoyed that most of our communication took place while I was back in Phoenix. I ended up renting the unit and I am happy with the place and the people I have been dealing with from Lapham.
