Review content:
Went to dinner at Cuvae a few days ago, and I had the best lamb chops (ok, its actually baby ""rak"" of lamb but this strange web site wont let me use the ""R"" word!) I've had in years. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly as ordered. Absolutely delicious. My dad had a ribeye steak which was huge he said it was delicious as well. My fiance had the fish entree which also was good. The shrimp dumpling appetizer and the sides (squash, roasted potatoes) were also good. We had to wait a bit long for the food, but it was well worth the wait. Portions were generous, and a good value for the quality and price (only $10 for a vegetarian entree up to $22-23 for most expensive entree, $18 for the R-of-lamb). It was my third time there, and the food has been good everytime, although once on a Monday they were out of lamb after a busy weekend, so call ahead if your heart is set on a particular menu item (we did this time). The staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions, even the chef came out to chat with us. Will definitely go back again.
Pros: Excellent food and service
Cons: A bit slow but worth the wait, as everything was prepared so well.
