Review content:
First, they refused to honor the unlimited miles that were part of the online reservation. The manager said it would be $25 extra per day to add on miles. The quoted online price was $39 per day WITH unlimited miles. Only 200 per day were included into the price yet to get to where we were going, it was 300 miles. My only option was to pay $20 on top of agreed price for 200 more miles. A 2 day $99 rental (based on online reservation price) turned into a $230 expense (price of rental+extra miles+overage of miles+windshield fracture EVE THOUGH the LDR insurance was purchased for $15.99 a day). The manager was NOT helpful and said as they were not part of corporate, they could set their own prices and didn't have to honor the unlimited miles as stated online. Extremely upset and I would NEVER rent from here again.
